The replacement u-joint available at most of the vendors look like this: u-joint photo

I have lost the original trunnion bearing bushings that bolts to the rear of the trans shaft yoke. Do these replacements bolt directly to the trans shaft yoke (using the available locking clips)? It appears they do from the photo. Or do they press into the original trunnion bushings?

Why use the original trunnion bushing? It looks like bushings come in the kit you link-to.

Here is a different kit that looks more like the original assembly. These plates (and maybe bolts) might be needed with the original-style assembly. The lock plates/clips are also available without bolts.
