I guess that's why I only have 2 lockwashers. Also, two of the bolts were worn badly just below the head, not sure if they were top or bottom. photo of one worn, one not

If you opt for the LocTite, clean the bolts and the female threads thoroughly with spray brake cleaner or some other type of volatile solvent to be sure there's no oil on the threads. I'd use threadlocker if it was my project. Jerry
