What part number and which Classic Chev?
What year truck?
In many older years there was also a coir-fiber matting on seat bottoms and seat backs. Some kits (like Jim Carter's) did-not/do-not include a coir-like material. Without it, any amount of cotton matting/batting/padding will not make a comfortable seat.
