Cleaning as best as possible?
A "simple man's plan" for a creating your own harness (e.g. visits to the local electronics store)?
Ordering a new harness is out of the question. Trying to make up a new one will cost more then buying one. You would need about 50 different color/size spools of wire & several assortments of terms. What about one of the universal cheaper ones? They say they are good quality & instructions.

All of it (99%) actually worked before I took it out... but in my mind looking at the whole haress on the ground it didn't look like too big of a project. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 2,832 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 2,832 | Speedway Motors has a "poor mans" harness for $150 that is high in quality. It's a basic 12 circuit item that is just right for old trucks that aren't all loaded with accessories. It includes electric wiper and alternator options along with all the normal stuff. All the wires are labeled every several inches as to where they go so even beginners can breeze through a rewire job. Once installed everything is protected by fuses or breakers. It's called "Mister Roadster" and is part# 910-64017. Beats the heck out of the $450 to $650 some others are getting.
