Hello, I have done some basic stuff to motors before but this is the first time I have ever tried to bring one back to life after sitting for 30 years.

I am running the oil pump off a drill in order to pump oil cut with kerosene through the motor. I took off the valve cover in order to observe the oil getting to the top of the motor. However I don't have any experience with this so I don't know if I am getting enough oil flow. There seems to be a slow drip from the rocker arms on the ends will this be enough.

That feed is restricted, so it wouldn't be a torrent anyway.
However: the steel like going to the rocker shaft fitting is frequently clogged, bent, flattened etc. Disconnect it and see if the volume changes. If it does, the shafts are dirty. If not, the line may need replacing.

Disconnecting the tube from the rocker shaft to check oil flow is a good idea. I will have to take a look at that. Thank you.

There really isn't much oil that comes up there. It doesn't take much oil to keep everything happy. On really old cars, like Franklins, you had to manually oil the rockers, a little can go along way.

You probably won't get oil coming out of the little holes in the rockers until the motor is running. It sounds to me like you have normal flow.
