I tried to order a stock replacement from Classic Parts but learned that they had stopped selling the 47-51 latch due to numerous problems they were having with it. (LMC has also discontinued this item as well) They said that only one company was manufacturing these and they won't carry it anymore unless they can find another viable source. I have been able to locate them on other sights but I'm leary. Does anyone know of another option (besides the bearclaw) that wont require much modification?

Do you know about what year? I have some S-10 latches I've been playing around with but can't figure out a way for them to clear the window channel.
