on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 76 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 76 | I have a 38 1/2 ton and a local guy has a set of 40 1/2 ton front and rear fenders for sale. I have yet to go see them but does anyone know if these are the same as my 38? | | | | | Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 1,820 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 1,820 | No, they are not the same. The fronts fenders for a 38 are for only 37-38. The rear fenders might work, but they will not look like a 37-38 rear fender. Note that the 37-38 fronts and rears have a ridge or bead that run around the entire wheel opening of the fender. That makes the 37-38 fenders unique to the others.

But, if you can get them at a good price, they might be good trading material...those steel rear fenders are extinct!
