After I sawed through the weld, I can see that the caged nut and bolt is missing. Anyone have a source or picture of what is suppose to be there? | | | | | Joined: Jul 2001 Posts: 3,887 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Jul 2001 Posts: 3,887 | I recall it as a weld nut, no movement, but it could be done with a cage nut to allow a little fiddling for fit, and it'd probably be easier as with that face damaged you can't tell exactly where the hole was positioned, and the original had a hole barely bigger than the bolt
