Good luck on your project, and keep us posted.

Also if you did pick up the manifolds where did you get them from? The reason I'm asking is because I need a set. The ones that came with my truck has a mis matched set on it. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 576 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 576 | did you pick up new exhaust manifolds or did they come on the engine? Also if you did pick up the manifolds where did you get them from? i had the drivers side for awhile.it had a dip right where the steering shaft needed to go to the rack...i found a pr. at a swapmeet that a guy said came off a 67 chevelle..the drivers side looked just like mine except it had a alt bracket on it..was only $15.00 for the pair and i only used the pass side one..i had them sand blasted and painted them with POR15 exhaust manifold paint...factory cast was the color i think...thanks for the kind words guys..And Jock...sssssh! ,i'm undercover......Dave

Seriously when did critical thinking and customer service go out the window? How about common sense and striving to go the extra mile? Idiots, surrounded by idiots it tell you.
