Does anyone have any pictures of them from the column to the tranny. Searched the web  and the Bolt and came up empty. Thanks in advance.

Earlier years used fewer rods tan used in 1954. Do you have the pivot pin on the clutch housing? I think this one may be from a 50-51 - ours is a 54. Thanks for the info Tim.

The 3-rod set is for pre-1954 3-speed linkages. Those rods are made to work with the pivot on the pre-54 clutch housing.
My guess is that you will not get those rods and bell-crank to work properly on your 1954 truck.
