| | | Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 9,671 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 9,671 | Funny how we go thru life for more than half a century and on a whim discover a tool that’s been around for all that time: http://www.pbase.com/dennygraham/image/137420671 I’ve always use the old Red Devil putty knife to scrape gaskets and I have used single edge blades hand held to do the finish work. But as a filler on a tool order last month to get free shipping, I threw in a Lisle 52000 scraper handle. Greatest tool that I’ve bought this year, works just super, one pass and I’m down to bare metal all the way round. Well worth the eight bucks. Denny Graham Sandwich, IL
