Guys, I was wondering what kind of oil should I use for the tranny?
It's a half ton 1953 Chevrolet truck with an enclosed driveshaft.
Is SAE 140 too heavy? Should I use SAE 80W-90?
While I am at it, what about the gear oil for the rear end? Same as the tranny?

The original specs were 90w mineral oil in the transmission and 90w hypoid in the rear in the winter and 140 hypoid in the summer.
