I am seeking some input. I am about to start the bed assembly, and I would like some opinions on how best to mount the wells to the bedside. I am thinking I'll use nylon washers to protect the paint, but since I didn"t pull it apart what size and length bolt works well for this. I have a new polished SS bolt kits for the bed wood, but bolts for the well to bedside I don't think are included.

Also I have decided to mount the box without any holes through the bedwood, anyone having done this, what hardware did you use? I saw one done in this fashion and it looked good, also I was dreading making those offset holes, these bed kits are too much $$$ to be making a mistake!

As always thx 4 any info you guys can provide.

P.S. second link in sig is pics of the box with the new paint
