I really appreciate your attempts at my truck and it was nice to have Mr & Mrs hotshoe36 visit! I learned a whole lot on how to go about the different troubleshootings. I topped-up the battery but it is worn down. I guess the last thing to do is jump the ballast resistor and add more gas to the tank (incase there is moisture in there). If anything, I've learned a few things trying to do this myself but its getting close to bringing her to a shop for troubleshooting.

I'm dying of curiosity. Keep us informed. Don't give up.

I was thinking that the truck is leaning to one side because of the road and the day it stopped working was a very, very rainy day. I'm thinking there is a bit more water in the gas than I thought. How does one remove water?

one buys a tiny (around 2-3 fl oz) container of methyl hydrate at the parts store or the gas station and inserts the contents in the fuel tank. But we poured raw gas into your carburetor already, so can that be it?

I got my truck back from the shop and only $140 so I'm so happy. The shop thinks that somewhere during hotshoe36's review he fixed the problem but we de-timed her a full one-out. There was a mid-early 50's GM pickup at the shop as I left in lighter blue than mine.

Yo Blue has anybody suggest to change CONDENSER, From what you have said sounds like , coil, coil wire ,condenser.
