I have found them at OK Tires in Fargo, ND. They have both steering and traction tread.

I'm having a set put on my '38 1 ton today.

Universal Tire has them. Kind of pricey. They look to be kind of a combination traction/steer tire.

I got mine from Universal. Highway in front, traction in rear. Great tires.
