No it won't bolt in. What he was talking about was sub-framing your truck. It will lower the truck depending on how it is installed, but requires cutting your frame in half and welding on the front frame stub from the Camaro. Unless you are an experienced fabricator this is not a good option. There is great risk of frame alignement or ride height issues, and brackets will have to be fabricated to hold up the front sheet metal, radiator support, and bumper. I've seen many street rods ruined by having this done with inaccurate engineering or inadequate welding skills.
