Hi.
Just got a "new" air cleaner home from EBAY.
It had some small holes in it, so OIL BATH is out of the scope.

Now to my problem.... If I am supposed to use a paper replacement filter, how do I do with the hose that comes from the valve cover? It will end up inside of the paper filter, and that oily air will not be filtered as I can see.

Anyone who has a similar oil bath air cleaner and has done a conversion?

Rockauto has a version that will probably fit the inside. But I want a filter that is more thick so the connection from valve cover comes down on top, and also will be filtered....

Any suggestions ?

MAybe you can fit one like these inside :

Not this wide and a bit higher....

Hopefully it can be possible to find something cheaper.

Cheapest is to fix the holes in the original filter of course smile
So I guess that's what I will do in the end....
