Hello,
I am just starting on a truck that I purchased last year. It is a 55 1st series Chevy. It needs the cab bottom replaced. I was wondering where to start first, by replacing the cab bottom first or are there other parts that I should look to replace first. It is also going to need inner and outer cowls, floorboards, very bottm of front door posts.
Thanks for any help.

Hi Jerry firstly welcome.
Sounds like you've got a fair bit of work ahead of you.
First and foremost,make sure your door gaps are good and they fit well.
Then I would brace the cab before you do anything else.

He pretty much went through the replacement panel catalogue with his...

I'm sure there's quite a few folks here who have been helped by this.

I've definately got this truck thing in my blood ... my DNA sequence has torque settings
