Why wont my motor turn over? I have a brand new battery, 6 volt. ground from battery to frame, positive to starter post, motor has a ground to frame as well. I have 6volts at the stater post but it will not turn over. I have used this starter before and all worked fine.

Thanks,
Charlie

The motor ran last than two months ago. I can turn it over by hand with the crank handle in the front.

It was an issue with the stomp starter! All is good now!
