There's several sources for both, Early Wheel Company, Wheel Vintiques, Coker (I think they source them from Wheel Vintiques), Moon (again, Wheel Vintiques). All you need to do is specify the width you want, along with the backspace and offset. They can custom make them for you if you don't see what you want listed, I recently had a customer that wanted a 15x5 with a 2.75" backspace for the front, and 15x10 with a 3.5" backspace for the rear for his Model A hotrod. Wheel Vintiques made them up for him, with the specified bolt pattern of 5x4.75, price was reasonable. I beleive they were less than $80 a wheel, but they were bare steel. Chrome will be higher.
