Hey Guys, wonder if anyone can help me out here?
I have a 1952 3/4 ton Truck here in the UK which is my daily driver, but right now i'm looking to replace all the spring shackles and bushings..... But i'm having problems sourcing the rear shackles and pins for the 3/4 ton Model. i notice there are an abundence of 1/2 ton rears but just can't seem to find any 3/4 ton rears, any help would be greatly appreciated.
kind Regards

Many times a local spring shop can get them for you and you don't have to pay shipping, bring you're truck by a shop and they might be able to match it up.

i just got off the phone with jerry adams at the fillin sta.
i went thru a circus getting the rear spring shackles for my 53 3/4 ton
jerry took a lot of time helping me get the right shackles (we think they are the right ones i'll know for sure when they get here)
i have a local shop in waco doing the springs. they will do the bushings and size the pins for me when i get them.

unless you can get a local shop to press in and ream new bushings for your shackles your best bet may be to get new ones.
vendors advertise shackles for 1/2 and 3/4 ton rears. they are only the same for 55 2nd and later.

I bought the rebuild kit from chevs of the 40s. Its around 120 bucks because i wanted to keep the orignal shackles. The bushings had to be reamed to size for the pins to fit.. turned out to fit pretty good.. I believe american classic sells the complete shackle.. I have bought some pins from them

I could swear I've seen them in the LMC catalog.
