I can't find any info on the serial number on the distributor pad, F325JC703. The 703 looks hand stamped.

F = Flint, MI 3 = March 5 = 25th JC = 4000 series and 3100/3200/3600/3800 series with Heavy Duty clutch (RPO-227) Look at the indices in those books for RPO numbers and features.
