I am looking to buy a refurbished gauge cluster for my 1960 apache, i cant seem to find any on ebay or any were else. does anyone have one i can buy or know of were i can get one?

Check out Bowtie bits. I got a speedometer head from them and I just sent them my gas gauge to rebuild for my 61

by the way, do you know if they made any gauge clusters from 60-61 with tachs?

Yes they did, and AutoInstruments can convert the block-off plate to a factory-like tach.
