My father has a really sweet 33 ford pickup that's in primer. Mechanically, there's not a part newer than the 50's on it. I think it's really neat, but the drivability of the 30's cab are painful if you're 6'2" like me.

Email me when you get to the axle part. Manny (Mor-drop) isn't dropping that many axles anymore however Sid Drapal in Oklahoma is doing it now and he does a superb job. I've bought a few of his axles including the one on the burb now.
