Hello everyone, I just discovered my rear axle seals are leaking and was wondering where to get new seals and how to remove the axles from the rear end housing. Thanks,Dave

You should be able to get the seals at any parts store (they may have to order them). You may also want to consider getting a shop manual, available from any of the restoration parts houses. But in the meantime, here's the axle section from the '48-'51 shop manual. It describes how to remove the axles and the seals.
