It looks like the hot water heater that they just had bolted to the firewall might not be the original heater.

My heater is actually from a car, even though it works, the PO had to hack two holes through the firewall for the hoses.

It never worked very good and started leaking so I pulled it out. When I turned it around I noticed the letters F-O-R-D on the back! No wonder it never worked very good  | | |
