When we got into it we found that the pump shaft was frozen. We think that the shaft has been rust-jacked ( rust pushing in on the brass wear rings). we won't open it up if we can't get new packing for it. The packing set is #5055. Any one aware of any new old stock out there?

I can only hope that there is some new old stock around. I did talk to a parts rep today and they were able to get me an alternative to that packing, K667 then cut down to 5 5/8" long. I was incorect when i said cav 4 it is a ca 4 pump
