Hi,

I'm having difficulty finding anyone who can supply a key for my 1941 pickup. I'ce removed the handle and have the number 8785 on the side.

Anyone know where I can get a key for this lock?

Thanks

I've taken the lock - and handle - to a couple of locksmiths but they don't seem to know what to do if they're not just copying a key!

I'll PM Nick.

Thanks

Go to one of your local vehicle swap meets. There is usually a locksmith there with older key blanks who can help you out.

The blanks you need are B10 and B11.

Not much of a locksmith if all they can do is run a machine. The cut for 8785 is 353432. Have them cut it on a B10 blank.

Dalbuie:

If nothing else works send me the number stamped on the inside end of the chrome handle and I get you a key at a same local lock smith that made mine for me. Then mail it to you
