The problem I am having is finding a flywheel cover that fits. The aftermarket covers dont line up at all. was there or is there a difference from early to later covers?

From my experience, the TH350/400 flywheel dust cover is the same for most years. I've taken the cover from a '67 T400 and installed it on a '72 T350. What does your tranny pan look like? Does it have an angled corner (TH350) or look like the state of Texas (TH400)?

The cover lines up on the driver side but the holes on the left are nowhere close! I've tried three covers and all are the same.
