What years between 1918 to the present are you interested in?
In just about any year, if the two-tone as you describe was not standard or a factory option, the factory would be willing to special order any paint combination.

Two-tone exterior paint was not a factory option between 1947-1953. However, as stated above, buyers were able to special order paint combinations from the factory.
