It is a cheapie: I had to have a 110V welder, and Buchheits doesn't sell much in that line. I use my 110V arc welder with 1/16" rods on sheet metal. I've welded up to 1/8" thick with 3/32" rods, but these weren't very deep welds. For 1/8" and thicker materials, I recommend going with a higher power welder. | | |
