Hi Everyone

I cannot say too much about the seller on here, but my truck landed in the UK with a lot of issues. I have no handbrake at all ( amongst too many other things to list, but I will need your kind help as I solve each issue )... I went underneath today and took these photos, I have in the cab a foot pedal far left with a lever above to release. Below I have a cross bar with square tab attached to the bar inline with the rear axle, either end of this I have cables but nothing joins up to the curved bar under the foot pedal.
Can anyone help me solve what is missing to get me a handbrake. Am I right in thinking 'something' connects to the square tab on the bar central over the axle, if so, how does this connect over to the drivers side curved foot pedal ?

I think that in the USA they usually call it an E-brake rather than a handbrake.

There is a small cross shaft on the end of your E-brake pedal. This should have a clevis joint and a rod which goes back to a a lever which is welded to a full width cross shaft half way down the chassis, there is lever at each end of this on the outside of the chassis. These levers connect to two Bowden style cables which go back to the rear brake backplates.

I can't see the full width cross shaft in your photos; hopefully it hasn't been removed.

The shaft you cannot see, is this the one with a lug welded on with one hole, when I turned this it activated the two outer cables, hopefully this is the one and is still present. If this is the case, can I buy anywhere the missing parts.

Yes, that's the one. So you should only need the rod and clevis joints which connects the E-brake cross shaft lever to the main cross shaft.

There is a parts for sale forum on here, I have had components posted to the UK by one of the stovebolt guys on here.

Alternatively, you could get this part made up by someone in the UK; it isn't a complex component.

You can see the cross shaft with lug shown just to the left of the prop-shaft on link 694. Link 862 shows the shaft more clearly linked to one of the cables on the drivers side.
I will need someone to photograph what the missing parts are, or can I buy them anywhere.
