Hello I am currntly getting ready to up grade my front brakes to disc. And with this change the hole pattern will change from six lug to five. Can anybody out there tell me which rear drum set up will match up to the new style five lug pattern without having to go with disc on the rear.

I'm assuming you're talking about the small Chevy 5 on 4.75 pattern.
If so, most any early year GM car will work. What's your plan for the axles? Redrill or replace?

You may find that using 6-lug discs is the cheaper option.
CPP is one source, I'm sure there are others.
