I'll beat ya to it Carl, I don't restore radios. I do them for my own use only. They are WAY to time consuming the way I restor one and it's to difficult to find some of the parts that are often needed.
Most of the guys here will give you advice if you want to try to repair it yourself but it will take some study on your part.
But there are a bunch of guys that do. Just do a google search and you'll turn up a hundred or so that repair auto radios. Hemmings also lists a bunch. Here's one from a radio forum that I monitor: http://garytayman.com/
