Hy alfaulk, could you post the serial number of the truck, it should be something like 815______, or 816_______. The inner bearing number for the 15 series is 144527 [Hyatt K.D.12501-Z set K32], these will be barrel bearings, not tapered roller bearings, they haven't been made for years. The only source would be N.O.S., or you could look for tapered roller replacements Bower p/n KD-12051-Z, the components of that bearing are Bower p/ns 395CS - 394CS, I hope that helps.
