Once the mechanical fit is right, run a heavy wire from the ignition switch to the HEI power plug- - - - -I like to use a #10 wire to carry the necessary current, just like GM did when they made the factory wiring harness for the HEI. Obviously, the electrical system has to be 12 volts. Jerry
