I have a problem with the throttle linkage in myh 317 pontiac engine in my 56 GMC. I think it has been modified some. Does the throttle linkage go almost all the way back to fire wall when accelerator is to the floor? this seems backwards.
Any diagram or photo of throttle linkage to carb. on a 317 would be appreciated. I have Chevy 55 56 manual but poor diag for v/8 and they are chev v/8 not pontiac 317.\
