Jim Carter is supposed to have them although in another thread they are said to be expensive now. I think I tried NAPA not to long ago with no success, but I'd try them again to be sure. Grigg and Tiny helped me make the union. I'm a dufus and definitely no expert, but if my Frankenpump continues to work, looks like it could be a cheaper / easier alternative to doing a rebuild. Don't know if you could pull the valves out of the top of the metal pump and put into the glass pump. The cork gaskets for the glass bowl are a couple of dollars at Chevs of the 40's and other suppliers.

They have an online catalog and it shows they do have some in stock. Also kits for all variations of single barrel carbureters from the 20's, 30's,40's and 50's. Macsautoparts.com has them for a mere $19.50. Part # 11A-9349 The diaphragm is usually the only part that needs changing and the rest go back in the bag and sit on the shelf... They also have the earlier diaphragm without the metal part if you need that. Good luck! | | |
