s, and all the other black painted parts.
I ordered some from a parts place and all it is, is a gloss black. Does anyone know the correct stuff to use?

The rustoleum satin is close to what it should be, I don't want to use it on this project. Why? Because I am not sure about the UV ability of rustoleum. I know another brand that can be matched and will have UV protectant added. I don't want to have the parts cloud up from UV. Same goes for the chassis black, like eastwood is it UV resistant?

I just wish I could find a decent part that still has original sheen etc to go match it with. Gosh some patch panels with EDP are very close.

yes, the EDP on modern replacement parts is very close ... check for original appearance where the flange of the inner laps the fender .... parts on my current daily driver done with Tremclad, the CDN Rustoleum, have held up fine with 15 years of constant use in this climate
