Hy seth_hernandez, according to my truck salesmans data book, the widest part is the outside of the rear fenders, and that is 74 7/16", the truck is 196 5/8" overall length, including both bumpers, hope that helps.

I think the widest part will be your bumper or the running boards. I haven't looked at the book.

http://chevy.oldcarmanualproject.com/chevyresto/54060.htm

72.62" across front fenders
72.92" across running boards
74.53" across rear fenders

It does not show bumper width.

Until I looked at these numbers, I would not have thought that the running boards were outside the width of the front fenders.
