Hey y'all! I just sold my 2004 silverado and bought a 1951 chevy 1/2 ton w/216 and 3 on the tree! This will be my daily driver within 2 weeks. It runs greatish.:D Motor was rebuilt 10 years ago and has 100 miles on it, suspension, clutch and the brakes. No seats and needs alot of bolts for fenders not to mention alot of my lovin! Thanks for for making this awesome site! I love every sorts of motorsports and have raced rallycross in a nissan sentra, autocrossed my mini cooper s and motor swapped Honda, and romped a big cj7.,, All those are gone now and i am poor and crazy. But i hope its the good kind of crazy since i need it to finish ths new awesme truck of mine! I have just mved from north carolina to chicago and am going to drive this 51 on most days..... I hope. Otherwise its my primered bmx bike. I am 33, and have alwas wanted this truck. It really doesn't need mch to be on the road but I know the future holds a lot of work!

Welcome to the site. You`re right, this site is amazing. It`s just a bunch of folk contributing their knowledge and experience to those of us who need help. Our motto is `knowledge is the best resource` and I have found that statement to be true. I can`t see your pics but good luck in whatever it needs.
