Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 47 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 47 | hi guys, after puttting my 51 3100 back together, with new carpet, the parking brake mechanism no longer works (it did before). when i step on the parking brake pedal, it doesn't stay down. i took out the padding under the carpet thinking that was the culprit but it still doesn't work. any ideas? i notice that the shaft spring sits proud of the floor pan; is that correct, or should it go through the pan. thank you.
