I use it in my lawn mowers and other small engines and it works like they claim. I am thinking of using it in my old jalopies.

Sea-Foam works great also, my boat mechanic highly recommends it for the newer ethanol blended fuel.

use premium fuel (all fuel, no ethanol).

even stabil will only help for up to 6 months. ethanol does not have the required carbon back bone for stability and starts to break down immediatly upon dispensing. plus in a marine environment, the ethanol absorbs water from the air, then as it sits the ethanol starts breaking down and the water separates out causing corrosion.

I myself simply fill the tank in November when I put the boat away, and pull it out in March.

Clear gas is the ideal, but its just not available any more in many areas. I was the last gasoline distributor in my area to have clear gas, but it is just not available at the racks any more. I have been selling E10 since last summer, and thats when I started using Sta-Bil. I know a lot of people who use Sea Foam also with good results.
