does anyone know the stock shock size on a 1965 chevy k20?

The top & bottom mounting points are 3/4" I.D., but I am not sure of the compressed eye-to-eye dimension or the travel length. I do have some part numbers and they are available in the correct configuration, but not many sources have current part numbers. I learned, the hard way, that they are available, but hard to locate. Shoot me an e-mail, as a reminder, and I will check my records for the part numbers.

i have seen alot of different rear suspension setups and mine is weird. it has leaf blocks which is stock but the shocks are in a weird position they go from the front of the rear axle tube and up to the inside of the main frame rails? were i have seen it it shows they go from the leaf block to a frame support. i think they migth have cut off the point on the leaf block and moved them or is this the way it is stock??

The factory location is from the forward location on the rear axle tubes to the inside of the frame rail, to a quasi-mount. The 3/4" bolt goes through the frame rail, through the mount & into the upper shock mounting eye. From top-to-bottom, they slant rearward, to the axle tube. The leaf block cross-section looks similar to a piece of train track rail with a cantilevered haunch, acting as a bump-stop. I may have a few good photos of this assembly.

I have purchased & installed these and they have proven to be a good value, considering the price, fit, finish & performance.

Any ideas as to what works on the front?

Part #33033 monroe on front, #32301 monroe on rear for stock length

The front & rear shocks for the 2wd are different than the front & rear shocks for the 4x4 trucks.

64fleetside, are those numbers for the 2wd or 4x4?

my bad Tony, I thought i read c20-monroe #34822 rear, #34944 front on k20 4x4-thats what I get for posting while @work-things tend to get crossed up...
