The radio and heater fan work fine when attached to a 12 volt source--not when attached to the fuse panel. All fuses new and replaced. All electrican components that work look to be attached to the light switch or the ignition switch. I have an electrical diagram, but do not see where the power comes to the fuse panel. Ideas???

So, I will have to trace the red and gray to the light switch as well as the pink to the ignition switch to check for connection. The lights and blinkers work as always on. Pink wire not connected to ignition switch. Problem solved-heater fan and radio work with ignition on, as it should be. Thanks for the suggestions.
