Does anyone have a vent handle stud, the stud the actual vent handle goes on to ?

I guess it would help to know what it goes on...lol

Try your local wrecking yards like Pick & Pull or Pick A Part. You will be able to get the stud and waffel washers too.

I had the same thing happen to me, I just removed the Vent portion by drilling out the rivets that connect the little swivel hinge to the vent assembly frame, replaced with a new one and replace rivets. you will have to bend the swivel hinge a little.

truely the easiest way is to replace the whole thing, but mine were just rebuilt and I had the replacement vent window as a spare.
