Does anyone know who makes the brackets or if they ever made any for the chevy 230? I need them if they make them.

GM did, but they are often hard to find. Try EBay.I've seen them there. You will also need a double groove crank pulley too as they used separate belts to operate the pumps/alternator.

Man I have seen people ask this question a hundred times, never really saw a good answer to the problem. I thought about doing power steering and air conditioning and finally just said to heck with it and put a 350 in my gmc.....Kieth
