I have a '60 and am planning on installing disc brakes, which cuts out the existing hydraulic clutch cylinder. Short of spending 500.00 for the aftermarket combo master cylinders, has anyone 'engineered' an easy way to keep the hydralic clutch?
Thanks guys!

How about using a clutch m/c from a later model truck? All GM manual trans full size trucks since '88 have hydraulic clutches. You could adapt that to operate your clutch.

Jeg's has several single and dual master cylinders with a variety of bores and mounting styles to choose from for less than $100. Just make a new bracket and mount them up.
