Should the crossmember for the 3 speed bellhousing stay on as a frame support or do I cut it out? The manual shows both crossmembers in a picture of the bare frame. Running a 250 motor. Thanks
Anyone running a powerglide in a 60-66? | | |

I have a couple '64-'66 Chevy trucks with the factory 2-speed Powerglide and factory automatic tranny cross member. The swap will only require the automatic tranny cross member. The manual tranny cross member can be removed.
Let me know if you have other questions or need additional information about the swap.

The manual cross member can be removed and replaced with the factory auto tranny cross member. I am running this factory auto setup on a few of my '64-'66 Chevy trucks.
