Hey all, so I am told from a family member that the rear under my 54 6100 came out of a 1973 c60. It is a two speed vacuum actuated rear. I haven't been able to find any serial number on it. I was about 10 (quarter century ago) when my grandfather took it all apart, rebuilt it, and put it under the truck as a replacement for the original rear. The brakes were never finished being hooked up, and the lines are in bad shape, it has almost no miles on it since it was placed under the truck. I am looking for any information I can to confirm that it is indeed the rear I am told (pictures would be wonderful), manuals or documents regarding the brakes, fluids, service, etc. As always your wisdom and "knowledge transfer" are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

OK then, didn't know that.

Yep, it's a 2 speed and newer than what came in an Advance Design truck.

Now what?

LOL. Grigg I was asking for some enlightenment oh "master yoda". I was told it was a 1973 out of a c60 but I can't find any serial numbers to confirm it. Also, I was hoping for some information as to where on the internet I can find some service manual info on it. I don't really know what the specs or ratings are on the rear. If anybody else has any experience with a similar rear I was hoping for their 2 cents as well. I have tracked down sufficient info on all the other parts of the truck thus far so this is my last "stumbling block" in the "research" department. Thanks.
